Ok. The archives are now working. Dad, I'll send the bill.. haha..
So, if you want to see some old posts that dad has on here, then select an archive link in the left-hand menu. Now, I'm off to bed to catch up on some sleep that I need. Everybody take care, and hopefully we will get around and see everyone again soon.

New arrival at Lost Creek Ranch......
New arrival at the "Lost Creek Ranch", 1/2 mile west of Lost Creek Church, or 2 1/2 miles north of Mom's, found by owner Charlie Rushmore, who owned the Perkins Y Livestock Sale for many years, and was the place Mom and Dad sold their livestock through over the years after moving to Stillwater in 1960. Mr. Rushmore runs cattle, some goats and some llamas as guard animals, I think. Have asked his daughter Cathey Rushmore Wollenberg, who works with Heather, to ... give us the straight story..!! Anyway, this new arrival was found unexpectly on the ranch and caused lots of furry..... ah yes, life goes on...

from Cathey.....GLAD YOU GOT THE LLAMA PICTURE, THERE IS NOT A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THE
ARRIVAL. WE WERE ALL REALLY SURPRIZED TO SEE A BABY LAST FRI. EVENING.
WHEN DAD BOUGHT HER IN APRIL THE OWNER TOLD US SHE MIGHT BE BRED. LLAMAS DON'T SHOW SIGNS OF PREGNANCY LIKE CATTLE DO!! THE LLAMAS ARE QUITE AN EXPERIENCE FOR US "COW-HERDERS"!! TAKE CARE, CATHEY Thanks Cathey... loved the photo...
Long day, but .. it went fast!`
Wonderful service for Dad. He would have been proud, and embarrased by the number of folks who came out for his service. Many wonderful friends, acquaintances, neighbors, and family members from all over. And his family wants to thank everyone who came out. It was most thoughtful and very appreciated!
