first casulity of storm....

water running off our roof.... wow.. it really did pour

I am about 50 feet from our garden in pickup with window down.. .it is blowing stong out of the north and pouring rain...

then the rain came...

10 mins later..

Looking Southwest.... to the front of the line.. the wind had really picked up now..

storm getting closer... this line was between Jet and Nash when I went out at 1pm...

It started getting darker and more storm looking with time.... I was hauling branches to a ditch by the middle pond from the front road.

(I think he has us Grandparents mixed up... haha). And I received the late Tim Russert's book from Phil and Tammy plus the very special gift of most of our family together for a very special Fathers Day cookout Saturday evening.
These little gatherings sure have taken on a special meaning with each passing year!
I think maybe my heartattack also added some special meaning too, as I fully realize I am running on borrowed time...
