From Ann comes this ditty.. so very very true!!

Like most folks in this country, I have a job.. I work, they pay me. I
pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In
order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random
urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with
is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine
test.

So, here is my Question: Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to
get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on
their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone
sitting on their ass - doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine
how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test
to get a public assistance check?

I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'.

Did you hear???

Season tickets .....

OU had 99% renewal and total of 77,000 sold
OSU had 104% renewal and 42,000 sold
TU had 80+% renewal and 9000 sold

Mens Health Mag says top cities in USA with men holding season tickets are..

1. Birmingham, AL
2. OKC

6. Tulsa, OK

128000 in OKLA hold season tickets, which equates to 1 in 29 hold season tickets to football in this state...

WOW!

.... wonder why OSU is second and almost at half to OU in season ticket sales... sometimes no matter how much money you throw at something, and how much hype you can produce, you need to have quality inside and out... understanding it's not "just football"... but building lives... and that any orgainzation will be only as good as the leader at the top! I can go on and on... I wish all three schools much success this year. In these three schools resides a wealth of outstanding talent needing only direction... to the top. Could be the best anywhere in the USA, second to none! and here's hoping in six months we are celebrating greatness from the programs, and from the individual players themselves, both on the field and in the game of life.

thinking outloud... probably should not, huh?
