Andrew Paul. We had an hour between and did not know if at soon to be 61, we could be fast enought to make it to both.. but with a full tummy, and a happy heart.. we boggied... boot scooted, across town, after visiting with John Ray ... A traffic police officer... NICE... regarding the 'white' (ours is red) pickup that was parked on the magnetic strip that changes the traffic light west of Austyn's school... (He is a wonderful family friend as well)... He was glad it was not us... and we jumped in ole' Red, fired her up and away we went... Telling John Ray we had to hurry and get to Andrew Paul's school to eat Grandparents Day Lunch with him, so away we went, waving at Austyn one last time.....

You were wondering what we had??????? Well, more on this later..... oh yes there is much more...

Sorry these photos are into the bright window behind, but I wanted to set next to my Austyn Lee! and Grandma was being Grandma... Grand kids are the absolute best deal in life. I am convinced that is why God planned parents to have children! Oh my we love our children with all our hearts, soul and mind, and soon we love their spouses equally, but when the grandchildren arrive... it makes every day, every minute, every second so worth while, it is as if it is our reason for being! Grand Children are the TOP DAWG in life... I can not even imagine how special and wonderful it must be to have GREAT GRAND Children.. NO NO there is no hurry... just a passing thought.

And finally the lunches..... yelp.. I tried for two... haha... didn't even need one, but tummy said..... get um' all.... hehe...

These two ladys worked a modern day miracle... turning cardboard boxes into food... and serving thousands....

It was all I could do to keep up.... WHEW..... more blurr....... and hurry... and have some lunch....

After the ramp, life became a blurr.......

up the ramp we went.. as usual, Grandpa was draggin' up the rear... Austyn Lee and Cathrene Ann were way head of me.... haha...

After much anticipation, we found his room, and Teacher Mrs. Smith, who instructed us on how we would work lunch. We then walked with Austyn to the lunch room....

My goodness, where do I start... prehaps at the beginning of yesterday....

Grandma Moffat and I attended Austyn Lee Moffat's Will Rogers Elem. School's Grandparents Day... and had lunch with Austyn. It was an exciting time. We arrived a bit early...
