In-person voting is conducted in the Payne County Election Board office on the following dates and times before all elections:

For Federal and State Elections in-person absentee voting will be conducted on the following. 

This Friday before the election from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
This Saturday before the election from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. 

The Monday before the election from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
