I think one of the worst advertisements I have seen this year is....

the Chevy advertisement .... solid like a rock, a Oklahoma Rose Rock??? gosh, what were they thinking

solid like an Oklahoma "rose" rock??? hahaha...

sandstone.... breaks easily... wears away with water... etc.. 

and this is the same company that just introduced the new model of Hummer....   wowow... no wonder GM is in real trouble....  could be lack of brain power ... haha

now let me be the first to say... Chevy trucks are the absolute best for ride... the best by a country mile... but to compare something, one might need to do their homework.. haha....

and then the worst branding of the year.... 

can you image the brain power that went into naming the OKC Thunder??  I mean thunder???  having lived my life in "tornado alley"... OK, one learns early in life that in thunder there is NO harm, Nothing to worry about, nothing happens from thunder... it is all noise and no damage... it is all noise.. all bark and NO bite...   so some real brain power was a work naming this newest team in the NBA. How embarrassing to have a team named thunder... wow.. would you want to play on a team named thunder.. to take this a step further... have you ever heard of a sports team named thunder, besides roller derby?  A high school or college team named thunder.. I don't think so.. because no one wants to name their team after something that does NO damage.. haha...  ok... gee I am scared here comes the thunder... haha.. yeah right.. we teach our kids this from early in life, thunder will not hurt you....    etc...   

so hats off to the OKC THUNDER, all bark and no bite... and CHEVY TRUCKS, solid... like an Oklahoma ROSE rock.... wow.... 

Think there has been no worse brand name this pass year, and also no worse comparison... !

but then this is my opinion..  would you care to share yours??  

From Heather regarding Madison Ann and Andrew Paul's Christmas party...

Hi there just wanted to let everyone know that on Sunday 14th at the fairgrounds will be the kids daycare annual Christmas party from 2-4 come and go.  They will be having a small dance recital for all the girls that take dance at 3 this will just be the girls that take dance at daycare not the whole group from what I gather, will be fairly short I am sure but we wanted to extend the invite to those that would like to drop in and watch. She should have another one in the Spring of next year.

 

There will be Santa there also for pictures  :)
