This young lady not only graduated from OSU, but in November, she received her Teaching Certificate (not sure of the correct name, but it means she's legal to teach!), but .... Today, Ms. Tammy Moffat is having a birthday ALL DAY LONG!! And to that end we want to wish her a very special birthday, may it be the bes one you have ever had, and may you have a ton more of them, every one better than the last!
